Privacy information
When you contact Sorelle Lofts or send a booking request, you provide information such as your name, email address, optional phone number, your preferred dates, number of guests and your message. We use this information to respond to you and discuss your stay.
Forms
The website’s enquiry and booking-request forms are processed by our website hosting (Cloudflare) and delivered to our inbox by the email service Resend. We do not store your messages on the website. Please avoid including payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in your message.
Availability calendar
The calendar on each loft page shows only which dates are booked. It is loaded from our Airbnb and Booking.com calendars and contains no guest names or details.
External services
Links to Google Maps and Instagram open external services, which have their own privacy policies. This website does not embed those services or include advertising or analytics trackers.
